1st step, house is going up for sale and SOLD

We met with our agent at the end of June and planned to list the house publicly the following week. That meant getting the house in order (aka staging) and be ready to take pictures by the weekend and list on the following  Monday. Somewhere in between that we met a beautiful young family that wanted to purchase our home. We had always wanted to have a family of our  own to grow up on this property and while it didnt happen for us, it was perfect for them. We wanted so badly for them to buy our house. They gave us an acceptable offer and we contacted our agent to revise the situation and do the paperwork. The house was Not going to be listed, it would become a private sale. 
While there is more to that part of the story, I will spare you the details and say that we accepted the offer. Thst meant we had to be out of our home by July 30th.
By the time the offer was approved by the bank, July 19th, that left us less than 2 weeks.
It still seemed like a lot of time right? 10 days? Its doable? Ohh not easily.
The saga continues....
